Sources of Russian aggressors summarized results of the battle, which was taking place throughout the day on Friday in Kizlyar district of Dagestan.
In the final summary the invaders reported that during the battle 5 Mujahideen were martyred (Insha'Allah). Thus supposedly it is impossible to identify them because of the strong body damage.
As usual in such cases, about their losses the aggressors throughout the day had given conflicting information.
As a result, it was announced that during the fierce fighting 4 Russian invaders were killed and 4 gangsters from "special forces" were injured.
The gang formations of the FSB, the Interior Ministry special forces and gangs of the "102 Brigade of interior troops" have been sent against Mujahideen.
According to aggressors, special forces unit was ambushed by the Mujahideen during "combing the area". In the first minutes of battle the Mujahideen killed and wounded several of invaders.
After that a protracted battle began during which the invaders used armored vehicles and aircraft.
According to local sources, the positions of the Mujahideen were subjected to a massive mortar, artillery and rocket attacks from the air.
The fighting took place in the wooded area between the municipality Chernyaevka and the hamlet Ukrainian.
Invaders claim they are opposed only by 5 Mujahideen and they were all killed. However, this information is not yet possible to verify from independent sources.
The fighting ceased only at nightfall.
It is to be recalled that earlier the Kizlyar district has been marked by clashes, and the command of the invaders has announced the complete defeat of the Mujahideen there, but after a while fightings in the district occurred again and again.
