The Americans, British and the United Nations are now raising a hue and cry that there is no military solution to the crisis in Afghanistan, that a peaceful solution should be sought and that face-to-face talks should be held with the Taliban. If they had thought about this seven years ago and had not resorted to the invasion of Afghanistan, not trampled upon the sanctity and dignity of Afghanistan, not martyred tens of thousands of innocent Afghans, not tormented thousands of Afghans under the pretext of fighting terrorism in dark prisons, then such talk would have been more appropriate with some chance of being listened to.
Seven years ago, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan did not fan the flames of war and fighting, it did not violate or infringe the national independence and territorial integrity of any country, and it did not resort to bullying and spreading terror in other countries and outside the borders of Afghanistan. On the contrary, it assured the world community of peace, stability and good behaviour. It was others who chose the path of bullying, force and aggression, who overthrew the ruling Islamic system on mere pretexts and uncorroborated evidence, who adopted the path of barbarism towards the officials and supporters of the Islamic Emirate, who tortured and killed thousands of Afghan people for their Islamic beliefs and religious devotion, and resorted to every crime and misdeed with the hope of crushing Islamic values and ideals.
In this period, we have also witnessed the unfairness and faulty judgment of the United Nations, which just stared at every crime and inadmissible deed by the Americans occupiers and the invading coalition, but did not show any mercy or compassion to the people and to the land of Afghanistan. The invader armies have showed no remorse for the mass murder of innocent civilians through sustained and indiscriminate bombing raids, nor any sympathy with the thousands of prisoners languishing in the cages of Bagram, Kandahar, and Guantanamo.
Now that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is on the verge of victory in its continuing struggle in defence of the sanctities of Afghanistan, the international community in a series of artificial gestures and a hue and cry about talks is attempting to divert the attention of the Afghan Mujahideen nation. Regardless of these developments, it will be impossible for the invader armies to delay the progress of jihad and the Muslim Ummah in Afghanistan.
The Islamic Emirate wants to make it clear that the only solution and the most successful path for resolving the Afghanistan problem is for the foreign forces to leave Afghanistan unconditionally and to respect Afghanistan's national independence and Islamic faith. Surely it is only then that peace, stability and prosperity would return to Afghanistan, otherwise all hue and cry and slogans will be empty, fruitless and ineffective.
If the Americans, British, and at their behest the United Nations wish to keep the invading forces of 38 countries in Afghanistan, and at the same time ensure peace and reconciliation to their liking, they are dreaming an immature and empty fantasy.
