Putin's TV just gave a birth to a new TV opus called The Caucasus Plan. Clumsily designed propagandistic show. But Russian people will swallow it anyway.
Russia is facing hyperinflation. Probably, in order to get the people distracted from a revolt of the hungry, they should be reminded of the external enemies: the US, the West and London, constantly plotting some intrigues. But in order not to sound too philosophizing, simply and unpretentiously, you might as well dump them all in one pile: the CIA, the NATO, the Georgians, the Turks and the Arabs. Oddly enough, there are no Baltic States, Ukrainians or Kosovars present.
On the top of that, one should add the journalists, human rights activists and unsuccessful bride of Putin, Alina Kabayeva, who was encroaching upon the holy of holies - the moral image of the "Guarantor of the Constitution".
If necessary, the info could be "obtained" claiming that Ms. Alina Kabayeva used to know former prime minister of Turkey Tansu Ciler, who (which is quite possible) was the one who gave Alina the idea to destroy Putin's family. The script to be corrected immediately!
Berkan Yasar (AKA "Abubakar"), the baldish unsuccessful journalist turns out to be a CIA agent! Pretty tough! In reality, in the midst of the Chechen diaspora in Turkey that "agent" is known as a usual scam artist, actually as well as the former head of Ichkeria's Foreign Ministry, a Jordanian citizen, Yusef Shamsuddin (a locksmith by profession, although there is nothing wrong with it).
All in all, the movie script, the names mentioned in it and the characters involved are all saying that the very idea of the plot was suggested to the author by a person who is familiar with some details of initial projects by Dzhokhar Dudayev (first President of Chechnya).
You could be just about to start believing the Russian TV garbage that they dumped, had the author not gone overboard with his finale: "Abubakar" repents and recognizes Putin's merits "in the cause of strengthening Russia and establishing peace in Chechnya".
Concerning the diamonds mined by Chechens in Northern Russia and South Africa at the same time - these are nothing but ravings of a lunatic. Apparently, Putin's journalists are convinced that any kind of crap can be shoved down the throat of the Russian riff-raff. And even if they announce that Berezovsky is really Dzhokhar Dudayev in disguise, the riff-raff will swallow that too.
But actually, it sounds to me that this movie was sponsored by Russian building tycoons, who are this way removing their competitors, the Turks, from the market, while the Turks are seeking tenders for the Olympics in Sochi. There was a reason why Turkish building company ENKA was named as the key mastermind of all "Chechen operations" in North Caucasus and Russia.
A little rundown: ENKA is one of the most successful building companies doing business on the Russian soil. This is the company that is part of the investment project for 0 million to build a business district in Moscow, the Taganka Business Park. What's more, the name of the company was also mentioned in the Moskva City Project.
ENKA is one of the largest developers on Moscow's real estate market. And there are many who do not like it, including the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service, successor of KGB).
