Fraud: Who elected Prime Minister of 'Euro-Ichkeria'?

Publication time: 5 December 2007, 11:23

Neither Zakayev, who was just "elected" by the method of "telephone voting" as "Prime Minister of Euro-Ichkeria", nor "Chairman of Parliament of Euro-Ichkeria" Saralyapov know (or they must have forgotten after so many years have elapsed) how many deputies are supposed to be in the Parliament of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (CRI).

Zakayev has publicly announced that there are a total of 41 deputies, and 21 of them are supposedly living in Europe. These are the 21 deputies who elected him by using the "method of telephone voting".

This is a modification of the truth, if we want to use a polite expression instead of calling it a simple lie.

In fact, there were 41 deputies of Parliament in the first parliamentary election in 1991. But in the election of 1997 63 members were supposed to be elected.

This number of 63 was the idea of Ex-President of CRI Zelimkhan Yandarbiyev, who chose the number from the living age of Prophet Muhammad.

The number 21, which is the number of deputies living in Europe, was spun out of thin air by "Prime Minister of Euro-Ichkeria".

To inform those who talk about the "41 deputies": there were a total of 57 deputies elected in 1997.

Among them:

12 "acting deputies" are in Europe, 14 were dismissed from the Parliament, 20 are in Russia, and 11 died or were killed. (These figures were confirmed by the publications of CRI Parliament regulations, which were published in the press and documented).

The following are the remnants of the "CRI Parliament", who are living outside of Ichkeria, after 14 members were dismissed from the Parliament:

1. Zhaloudin (Lema) SARALYAPOV, Chairman of Parliament (since March 2005)

2. Selim BESHAYEV, First Deputy of Chairman of Parliament

3. Hamid YANGULBAYEV, Second Deputy of Chairman of Parliament

4. Ahyad IDIGOV, Chairman of Foreign Relations Committee, Representative of CRI Parliament Abroad

5. Abubakar MAGOMADOV, Chairman of Security and Defense Committee

6. Balavdi BELOYEV, Chairman of Committee for Human Rights and Religion

7. Dokka AMAGOV, Chairman of Mass Media Committee

8. Suleiman BUSTAYEV, Chairman of Committee of Building, Energy, Transportation and Communications

9. Husein ISKHANOV, Member of Foreign Relations Committee

10. Beslan IZHIYEV, Member of Committee for Human Rights and Religion

11. Rizvan ISLAMOV, Member of Committee of Revival of Mountain Regions

12. Bekkhan DAZHADAYEV

Some of these 12 deputies belong to the so-called "democratic faction of CRI Parliament" ("Chairman" Apti SHAHGIRIYEV, who was discharged from the Parliament by Chairman Saralyapov), which set up the so-called "Cabinet of Ministers of Democratic Government" abroad (its another name is "Committee for National Liberation of the Chechen People") under the "chairmanship" of another Ahmed, some academician named Ahmed HUSIKHANOV. This "government", by the way, is the one that "launched" a criminal prosecution against Saralyapov.

Some deputies from this list are aloof from these events and do not take any part in the scam.

Moreover, in the occupied territories of Ichkeria and abroad there are former "deputies", who were once stripped of diplomatic immunity by former CRI Parliament (mainly under the chairmanship of Saralyapov), or whose "parliamentary authorities" were suspended prematurely.

These are the following national-traitors, collaborators and renegades (according to the terminology of the democrats), and by the Islamic terminology they are called Murtads (apostates):

1. Suleiman ABDURAHMANOV, dismissed from Parliament for treason of interests of the Chechen nation. Criminal prosecution launched.

2. Hasan ATAYEV, dismissed from Parliament for treason of interests of the Chechen nation. Criminal prosecution launched.

3. Magomed AHMEDOV, dismissed from Parliament. Criminal prosecution launched for high treason.

4. Gumki GUDIYEV, Chairman of Committee of Legislation, Law and Law Enforcement. Dismissed from Parliament. Criminal prosecution launched for high treason.

5. Vaha DAKALOV, dismissed from Parliament for collaboration with the Russian authorities during the period of the First Russian-Chechen War.

6. Vaha DUDAYEV, dismissed from Parliament for treason of interests of the Chechen nation. Criminal prosecution launched.

7. Turpal KAIMOV, Chairman of the Mandate Commission, dismissed from Parliament. Criminal prosecution launched for cowardice and treason of interests of the Chechen nation.

8. Shahid KALIYEV, dismissed from Parliament for collaboration with the Russian authorities during the period of the First Russian-Chechen War.

9. Rizvan MUMAYEV, dismissed from Parliament for collaboration with the Russian "power structures" (currently employed with Russian invaders in the rank of lieutenant of the Lenin District police under the Ministry of Interior of the Chechen Republic).

10. Alexei (Abdurahman) SULEIMANOV, Chairman of Committee for Revival of Mountainous Regions. Dismissed from Parliament. Criminal prosecution launched for high treason.

11. Isa TEMIROV, "Deputy Chairman of Parliament", dismissed from Parliament for treason of interests of the Chechen nation. Criminal prosecution launched.

12. Vagap TUTAKOV, Special Envoy of CRI President in the European Parliament. Submitted an official resignation of his duties as Member of Parliament. Resignation accepted by Parliament. (Parliamentary Commission is currently investigating his trip to the capital of the enemy state without authorization from the official authorities of CRI.)

13. Baudi TSOMAYEV, dismissed from Parliament. Criminal prosecution launched for high treason.

14. Apti SHAHGIRIYEV, stripped of diplomatic immunity. Criminal prosecution launched. (set up the so-called "democratic faction of CRI Parliament" abroad and got on the path of betrayal of interests of the Chechen people).

The list goes on.

Moreover, prior to the "telephone voting" the "parliamentary commission of Euro-Ichkeria" should have learned the "activities" of other of its "deputies", who are currently on the Russian soil or in Ichkeria, which is invaded by Russia, and have no problems with the invaders' regime or the puppet authorities. These are the following "elected representatives":

1.I.ABUYAZIDOV

2.V.ADAYEV

3.R.ALUNGIRIYEV

4.M.AHMADOV

5.A.AHMATOV

6. Ibrahim AHMATOV, acting Chairman of CRI Parliament, predecessor of Z. Saralyapov on the post of Chairman of Parliament (December 2003 - March 2005).

7.A.AYUBOV

8.U.BAKANIYEV

9.U.BATAYEV

10.H.BATSUYEV

11.Aindi BISULTANOV, Chairman of Committee of Agrarian Issues and Food. (Deceased, according to some reports, but the information needs to be verified.)

12. R.DADAYEV

13. S.ZUBAIRAYEV

14. I. KUKUYEV

15. Nurdi MAGOMADOV, Chairman of Committee of Healthcare, Social Policies, and Affairs of Veterans, Disabled and the Elderly.

16. M.TSUMAYEV

17. N.SHAHBIYEV

18. Z.-H. SHOVKHALOV

19. Said-Ahmed EDIYEV, Chairman of Industry Committee

20. Abdullah YUSUPOV, Member of Foreign Relations Committee

In addition to all of the above, I would also like to remind that the following deputies had become Shuhada (Martyrs, Insha Allah), died, were killed or kidnapped by the Russian secret services:

1. Aslanbek ABDULHADJIEV, Shaheed (Martyr), Insha Allah (God Willing)

2. Ruslan ALIHADJIEV, Chairman of CRI Parliament. Kidnapped by Russian secret services and killed.

3. Ramzan AHMAROV, Chairman of Committee of Mass Media, Publishing and Printing (predecessor of D. Amagov). Died.

4. Vaid (Vahita) BAMATGIRIYEV, Chairman of the Sharia and State Law Committee. Martyr. (Shaheed, Insha Allah).

5. S. GAIRBEKOVA. Died in a car accident.

6. Sultan DAUDOV. Martyr, Shaheed (Insha Allah).

7. A.ISLAMOV. Kidnapped by Russian secret services.

8. Rizvan LORSANOV. Blown up by Russian invaders.

9. Nasruddi MINTAYEV. Chairman of Committee of Socio-Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Policies of Budget and Finance. Martyr, Shaheed (Insha Allah).

10. Z.SADULAYEVA. Kidnapped by Russian secret services.

11. Dardail HIRIAYEV. Chairman of Committee of Science, Education, Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, acting Chairman of CRI Parliament (after R. Alihadjiyev, predecessor of I. Ahmatov). Participated in the session of Supreme Council Majlis Al-Shura in the summer of 2002, which was given the status of the Constitutional Assembly, where the Shariah amendments and addenda were made in the CRI Constitution. Died.

So who were the ones who "elected" Zakayev as the "Premier of Euro-Ichkeria" by using the method of "telephone voting"?

Here is the list of these people:

S.BESHAYEV,

D.AMAGOV (who became the "Press Secretary" of "Premier of Euro-Ichkeria"),

A.MAGOMADOV,

B.BELOYEV,

and their "chairman" Zhalouddi SARALYAPOV.
