Resistance with deadly weapons return, Air strikes in Ethiopia

With A fourth day of curfew in Mogadishu resistance group with new types of shoulder held weapons return to Mogadishu striking the last remaining Ethiopians in the country, serious fighting which lasted for around half an hour took place last night in the old pasta factory in the south of Mogadishu.

 

Earlier in the week, Sheikh Hassan Aweys head of the Islamic Shura Council spoke to Arabic TV channel Al Jazeera vowing to continue the fighting with the Ethiopians as well as the Ugandan peacekeepers.

Meanwhile in Ethiopian, the tigray military used air strikes in 4 villages in the ethnic Somali region of the Ogaden, Rebels from 3 Muslim regions about 70 percent of Ethiopian territory are battling with the Christian led government in Ethiopia.

 

Many of the former head of the Islamic courts members as well as rebel politicians are based in Asmara, Eritrea.
