In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate!
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds, His peace and greeting to all prophets and to our Messenger Muhammad, to his family and to  all  his righteous followers!

The mission of all relevations of Allah was call to the monotheism (tawhid). Atheists and heathens frequently proposed to prophets and envoys of the good of the peace of this instead of to the concessions in the religion. They spoke: we are agreeable to accept monotheism partially. But prophets always manifested durability in their faith and spoke: "no! There is no god besides Allah!".

They killed and pursued  them for their these words, for these words the believers battled and sacrificed themselves. Call to tawhid compulsorily led to the opposition with the incorrect. The Sunnah of Allah in his creations is such.

Prophet of Allah, Muhammad, s.a.s., called people to worship only to one Allah. The one who assumed Islam, he became his brother, while the one who rejected became his enemy.

Today many Muslims assert that if it is correct to call unbelievers to Islam, then it is possible to avoid opposition. And we see how they peacefully lives among the unbelievers, there are constructed mosques, there are opened Islamic educational institutions, etc.

How they are succeeded in avoiding opposition? Either incorrect did today become good with respect to the Muslims, or this contemporary Muslim preachers did become wiser than prophets and sahaba? In reality neither that nor other. Simply many today's Muslims forgot the words of Allah "and neither Israelites not will be contented by you nor Christians will not thus far avert you from your of religion, if they be able...", and they compromise, with the incorrect partially rejecting tawhid in the favor of kafirs and to their laws. They think that makes da'ua (call to Islam), and in reality they leads people into error itself be in it.

Today throughout the world we see the enormous crowds of people of those making namaz, fasting, that gives sadaka (alms) and zakyat (shariah tax). Many knows by heart the Koran, many khadises, but only units of them are in accordance with tawhid. Because they live under the rule of unbelievers, and no today on the earth of this authority, which would permit completely preaching tawhid. In entire peace for the call to the evidence, that there is no god besides Allah, Muslims they pursue, put into prisons and kill. This opposition, this Jihad it was always and it will be to the  Day of Judgement, as predicted to us the prophet of Allah, Muhammad,peace be upon him:

"will not cease the group of my community, which battles for the truth, to conquer to the  Day of Judgement".


Today the responsibility of each Muslim (fard ' ayn) it is to come out against taguts and to battle with kafirs, which attacks on the Muslims. Today jihad is required (fard ' ayn) for each Muslim therefore as after a drop in the caliphate not there was such moment, at which somewhere on the earth did not go the Jihad. And always the responsibility of each Muslim was battle and rendering aid to those brothers, who battle on the way of Allah.

Fard ' ayn indicates personal responsibility. I.e. from the moment, when man becomes mukallyaf (adult and in the sensible reason), it is obligated to participate in the Jihad. As soon as incorrect assumes Islam, it is obligated to battle, as soon as Muslim reaches maturity, it is obligated to battle, and it does not have right to the postponement. But when Muslims hears call to Jihad, they begins to devise to themselves many reasons in order not to fulfill their debt before Allah. They yield to the instigation of shaitan similarly to those, who, being Muslim, in no way can begin to make namaz. They also speak that "are not yet finished", that "this so is complicated".

There are those, who assert that to make namaz is not necessary, "this main thing that the fact that in the soul", "this matter voluntary" and the like so the matter is also with the Jihad. Therefore it is not necessary to be surprised so that many Muslims does not understand and does not assume this responsibility.

Some unscrupulously lie, indicating that today in the world allegedly the "new Mekka's period" and ayats of jihad has not today a force. But Allah said in the Holy Quran:

"battle with them, until temptation disappears and until religion is wholly not dedicated to Allah. But if they end, then quarrel one should only with unlawful ones". (al -Bakara, 2:193)

Battle with pagans by all together, similarly how they battle with you by all together. Know that Allah with the god-fearing ones. ( 9:36)

To those people, which assert that it is not possible to make Jihad today, we pose the same question, which we assign thereby, who fears to make namaz: But you did try it to make? Begin, and you will see, that in this there is nothing impossible. And that the favor of Allah to its sincere slaves is immeasurable.

Fard ' ayn this is the personal responsibility of each, and this means that for fulfilling this form of Jihad are not necessary the conditions, which are necessary with the collective responsibility (fard kifaya). The order of ruler or the permission of parents and creditors is not necessary. And since Jihad is the responsibility of each, call to the Jihad is also fard. The most extended error is the fact that man must be first completely learned to Islam, brought up him in Islam, and only then it is possible to describe to it about the Jihad. Envoy Allah's Sunnah indicates reverse people assumed Islam and they joined the battle, without having completed even one namaz.

Is how the position of Muslim, which does live today in the kafir's state? How to it is correct to live that it is necessary to make in order not to fall into the error or the sin? Answer only one  to enter the war against kufra, to leave to the Jihad, battling with kafirs and munafiks. Let each think about that forthcoming to it by vessel the bottom, and it will determine for itself: to war to it or not to war. The third it is not given. And will not importantly see victory we or the following generation. Indeed Allah Almighty says in the Quran

"battle with them, until temptation disappears and until religion not is completely dedicated to Allah". (8:39)

He also says:

"battle on the way of Allah against those, who battle with you and do not transgress the limit of that permitted...". (al -Bakara, 2:190)

Prophet of Allah, peace to him and the blessings of Allah, he said:

"if you are satisfied by sowings, you will be grasped for the tails of cows and you will leave Jihad, then Allah will without fail send on you the humiliation, which will not remove from you until you return to the bosom of your of religion" . (Abu Daud, Ibn  Ady).

Some brothers agree with the fact that it is necessary to make Jihad, but they incorrectly understand, what fard is ' ayn. Basic error in the fact that they are attached to some of the specific territory or to some people, for which they consider themselves critical.

They consider that Allah laid on Muslim responsibility for the revival of Islam precisely in that place, where he lives or in that people, which he left. Therefore despite the fact that in the different places of peace goes on the war, and Muslims need aid, these brothers "raise" Islam in themselves on the native land. But when them they call to go to the Jihad, they speak: "as we will throw our people in this state?! If we all leave to the Jihad and will perish, here (we never) not had Islam ".

What large this error, to consider that to be there is no religion of Allah or, can depend on man. They forget, that entire Umma, all Muslims are united people, one body, as prophet of Allah spoke about this:

"you see that in their mercy, love and sympathy according to the relation to each other the believers are similar (to united) body: when (one of) its parts strikes disease, entire body answers to this by insomnia and by fever " . (al -Bukhari, 74/6011)

In order to personify its distorted persuasions into the life, these straying devise some new, not corresponding to Islam forms of co-existence with unbelievers. Such forms includes the creation of legal Muslim communities (jama'ats) in the kafir's state.

We do frequently hear disputes about that, is it possible to Muslims to be united into jama'ats and to select amirs in the territories, controlled by kafirs. The enemies of this say that this is bid'a (innovation), and give khadis Of Khuzayfy. The supporters of the "principle of jamaata asserts that this wadjib (responsibility), and they leads khadis about the election of amir in the way, and khadis of Khuzayfy they interprets in their own way.

We consider that this question does not refer to today's reality and its setting itself contradicts the Shariah. Yes, Muslims must not be separate. Yes, they must select to themselves amir in the way, in war and in some temporary enterprise or joint operation. But to create Islamic religious associations under the rule of kafirs ,-this is incorrect, in its essence. And here does not cost a question, to select to itself amir or not to select. A question is another, which status, such as of khukm (solution) in this association? But status in it of such: peaceful Islamic jamaat in the state of incorrect, situation is itself simply impossible.

The same jamaat, which exists today in the kafir's society, it is not possible to name Islamic.

First: they assert that they call to the unity. But what this unity, when the part of the Muslims battles, protecting from the attacking enemy, and other at this time creates peaceful jama'ats, and instead of you soaking to your brothers, they prove to enemies their so-called tolerance.

Secondly: they indicate that the purpose of their association of  call to Islam. But give let us look, to what to Islam they call. They do not have a possibility openly to call to tawhid, since according to the laws of any kafir's country this call is considered as the criminal offense.

This concerns the acknowledgement of the uniqueness of Allah as the only Legislator   and estimates by kafirs as "call to the overthrow of authority and threat to constitutional system".

This concerns also the principle of friendship and nonparticipation, which in the kafir's laws is called "kindling of interfaith dialog" and "sermon of religious exclusiveness". And it turns out that "legal jama'ats" call to halved Islam, to Islam without tawhid and principles. Perhaps this did teach prophet, s.a.s.And if usual Muslim still can hide its persuasions, then religious leader will not have this right.

What will make amir of jama'at in Russia, if to it they do present the question about its relation to the Jihad, which does go now in the Caucasus? If he says truth, then for it is necessary to leave in the underground, to sit down into the prison or to leave on the Jihad. But if it declares about its nonparticipation in the brothers, it here will become from the Islamic leader the chapter of the straying sect. It  cannot be silent, indeed its subordinates must know, in that their imam believes and where he conducts them.

And finally give let us pose to itself the elementary question: is how  the position of Muslim, which lives today among the incorrect and not assuming participation in the Jihad? Answer is simple and obvious: he is sinner, who not only does not help Muslims, but also is supported the state of kufr, paying taxes and developing their economy. But if in this case it considers itself right and is attempted to occupy place in the kafir's society, then this already says about its disbelief.

Here is an example from the life of the prophet of Allah and his associates. When after battle near Badre the uncle of the prophet Abbas fell into captivity to the Muslims, he said to prophet (a.s.s) that it they forced to protrude on the side of kafirs, on that the Messenger of Allah answered:

"as far as your explicit (act) is concerned, it was directed against us, and as far as that you hide is concerned, this  to (law court) Allah "  (see Ibn Taymiya, Madjmu'-ul'-fatawa, Vol. 28, s. 537)

With the questions, enumerated above, we are familiar not by hearsay. We know this problem from within, and, from one side to us it is easy to  understand its reasons. But from other side,  this is not simply  to tell and to write on this theme. Indeed all these errors we ourselves considered truth, and to us not easy it was to change its persuasions.

It was necessary through much to pass before we realized, by how heavy was our sin, and how distant we were from the truth. Our purpose was the revival of Islam in Kabardino-Balkaria. Certainly, we dreamed to free the Caucasus, Jerusalem, to raise the Word of Allah all over the world, but first of all, as we counted, it was necessary to call to Islam "its people".

We knew that kafirs will not leave Muslims at rest and that to us not to avoid war. Not to note the fact that next to us, in Chechnya, goes on the war, and to make form, that we do not have to the mujahadeen of relation, we not could. Therefore, when was formed jamaat, we selected the "golden mean" and decided to combine peaceful call with the Jihad. In reality, this was not the golden mean, but the attempt to combine the incompatible things of  peace and war.

As a result it came out that we rejected the complete call to tawhid for the retention of jama'ata. From several thousand Muslims, whom after us dispatch, practically not in whom, not it was correct ' ak"ida (credo) and only a few carried out their fard (made Jihad).

We depended on the public opinion, publicly declaring that it is necessary to show an example of mercy and tolerance to the society, which directly or indirectly participates in the war against our brothers. Coming out in the Media, we always attempted to emphasize that we do not refer to the mujahadeen and do not present threat for kafirs, but at this time the blood of Muslims flowed by river.

It turned out that the unity of the members of community, based on the error, was artificial and fragile. Jihad showed true face of each, and today every Muslim can see these persons without the masks.

Only yesterday, when they asked someone of them:


"A why you do not assume participation in the Jihad?"


He answered the tone, which does not allow the objections: "we have elders (amir). We entrust to them. When they order us, we will appear into the march ".

But when the leaders of jama'at left their houses and called to the Jihad, these people stated that "amir want to ruin brothers", that "they substituted those, who to them entrusted".

Many know that these amir themselves for a period of many years participated in the war against kafirs, organized the logistics of the mujahadeen, they themselves transported weapon, were occupied by the treatment of injured and personally participated in the combat operations. Amir preferred ourselves "to be substituted", than "to substitute" brothers. All this was done so that in the remaining brothers would be time attend lessons and be enlightened.

Serious error was the fact that we related to the Jihad as to the collective responsibility, which carries out the part of the Muslims, but on the rest there is no sin. We thought that we protect brothers, give to them the possibility to be prepared for the Jihad, and they instead of this of  they studied trade, purchased machines, built houses. Further so continue it could not, and we openly issued a call all to submit to Allah and to leave to the Jihad. But only a few proved to be sincere with respect to Allah and to those, whom they considered by their amirs. Allah Almighty said:

"among the believers there are ones, which are accurate to the precept, which they concluded with Allah. Among them there are such, which already fulfilled its obligations, and such, which still expect, but they in no way change their precept. This occurs so that Allah would render to truthful for their truthfulness and would punish the persons, if he wishes this, or were accepted their repentances. Truly Allah  Pardoning, Merciful . (al -Ahzab, 33:23,24)

Today, jama'at of Kabardino-Balkaria in that form, in which it was earlier, no longer exists. Jama'at of Kabardino-Balkaria on the favor of Allah left to the Jihad against kafirs and munafiks. Amirs of jama'ats by the solution Shuras are freed from their authorities, military commanders are assigned instead of them.

After leaving to the Jihad, we found present freedom. We can, it is opened to call to Islam without the distortion. After taking in the hands weapon, we found the possibility to punish the enemies of Allah and Islam. Perhaps not this is sublimity? Perhaps not this is worthy for
present Muslim?

Yesterday we were close to the state of those, Allah says:

"they (persons) hesitates between this (by faith and by disbelief), but they belong neither to those nor to others. For that, whom Allah leads into error, you will no longer find road ". (An-Nisa ', 4:143)

Today, on the favor of Allah, we adhere to straightness and we experience no doubts. And thus far Muslims will not free their consciousness from the stereotypes, which are imposed on them incorrect, they will not get rid of the doubts, and they will vary to death itself.

We daily encounter examples of the distorted understanding of elementary things. War goes on, and Muslims are occupied with the building of mosques. Question: why to us now mosque? So that to our enemies it would be conveniently us recount and compose the lists of the "Wahhabis"? Or so that they could place in the mosque of their imam, who will lead people into error?

In war are necessary not the mosques, but the swords!

If today I meet man, who thinks, to go to it into the mosque to accomplish prayer or to make Jihad, the first, that 4 it I tell: it is necessary to war. But the enemies of Allah give permissions to the building of mosques and sometimes even they help to construct so that it it would be convenient to wage war against Allah and against the Muslims!

"Those, which built mosque for putting of harm, maintenance of disbelief, introduction of division in the ranks of Muslims and creation of gate for those, who since olden times battle against Allah and his envoy, they will without fail swear: "we wanted nothing, except good". Allah testifies that they are liars. The structure, which they built, will always generate doubts about their hearts, until their hearts are torn. Allah  Allknowing, wise ". (9:107,110)

Some brothers asks: Why we did not hear against this earlier? Really all our past matters not will be accepted? Still recently our leaders and teachers were united, and today we hear as many different opinions. But whom us to now follow? And what guarantee, that you and this time do not make mistakes?

Here is our answer:

We did not realize truth, but as soon as realized  they followed to it and each, who made mistakes, being sincere, its reward will be obtained, if there is to that the will of Allah. There is only one condition: it is necessary to acknowledge errors and to confess in the sins. We, the borders before Allah, request to forgive our sins, we ask His Grace.

Jihad today these are not a question of fikh (lawful solution), but a question ' ak"ida. One matter to recognize that the Jihad of  fard, and not to make it because of the fear or attachment to the mundane goods. But another  when men does not consider forbidden the fact that Allah forbade or does not consider it required the fact that Allah imputed into the responsibility to every Muslims and this no longer simply sin, this  kufr.

In so far as concerns persuasions, it cannot be blindly followed someone of the people, such as knowing and authoritative they not were. Therefore it is not necessary to follow us  follow the prothet (a.s.s), if you are a believer!

You will find the answers in clear ayahs and khadises, intelligible to each. But if you want in addition to this to learn the opinion of scientists, then it's no secret to anyone, that there are many best world scientists of Islam (including of ibn Jibrin, Ibn  Useymin and Abdul'-K"adir  Arnaut) repeatedly gave Fatwa on the Jihad in Chechnya, and not who from the scientists objected it. This question is so clear that all attempts to tangle him seem by simply ridiculous.

There is no today justification for themes, who stays house, hoping for the favor of kafirs. Omnipotent Allah said:

"perhaps you did not see those, it was said to whom: "remove the hands (do not attempt to battle), accomplish namaz pay out zakyat". When to them it was specified battle, some of them began to fear people in the manner that they fear Allah, or even and what is more. They said: "the Lord is our! Why You did prescribe to us to battle? Here if You granted postponement for the short period!" Say: "mundane goods are short, and last life is better for that, who is god-fearing. You not will be harmed even to the value of thread on date bone ". (An-Nisa ', 4:77)

45 thousand killed children in Chechnya, 60 thousand Muslims in one city alone ,- in Srebrinitsa into Bosnia,... Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Indonesia, where they daily kills our brothers and sisters. All this occurs before our eyes. However, many of those calling themselves Muslims cynically discuss about how their mujahadeen "substitute", they disrupts their peace and rest, they interferes with making da'ua (call to Islam).

Many Muslims persistently do not want to note the atrocity of kafirs, which occur around them. They are occupied by their welfare, expend means on the building of mosques, on the distribution of candies, on repeated trips to khadj. Billions of dollars gather throughout the world into different charitable foundations, while the mujahadeen, which fights for Islam, they cannot purchase to themselves clothing, drugs and weapon, but refugees they are forced to request alms in kafir's authorities, so that would not die to the hunger their children. What  these are monstrous cynicism and injustice!

People today go to the prayer and accomplish pilgrimage, practically stepping over through the heads of injured, which moan from pain and humiliation of brothers and sisters. As in them it will be accepted?!

It is easy, sitting with its wives on the kitchen to discuss the difficult position of Muslims and the impudence of kafirs, anything undertaking. After losing any shame, to bring unworthy men of excuse, type of  "I must feed family", or "I should educate children". How they them will bring up, to what they will learn, to excuses?

What they will say during the Day of Judgement, if them they ask where they were and how they were occupied, when did go on the war of believers against the unbelievers ? Were they neutrality?!

To paradise no one will go otherwise as on the favor of Allah. And favor this cannot be deserved neither excuses nor hypocrisy and by in no way other, except as by sincere faith, and by the readiness to endow to all for Allah.

Let those (believers) who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter fight in the Cause of Allah, and whoso fights in the Cause of Allah, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on him a great reward.

And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help."Those who believe, fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Taaghoot (Satan, etc.). So fight you against the friends of Shaytaan (Satan); Ever feeble indeed is the plot of Shaytaan (Satan).''
